Our refund and returns policy depends on the product or services you take. In case of any service purchased with a purchase contract, the refund will depend on the contract and in case of product the refund will depend on product specific trial periods which is normally 30 days if not defined specifically.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Voucher
  • Promo Code
  • Discount Coupon

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • If there is any charge by 3rd party payment gateway
  • If there is any VAT/TAX/GST paid which is non-refundable
  • Any sales commissions given to sales partner and non-refundable due to legal obligations
  • Any legitimate unknown circumstances or difficulties during refund execution

Refunds

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Rates

We only take payment in USD and return on USD, we don’t take any liability due to any loss of exchange rate changes
